Last month at the National Ploughing Championships in Ratheniska, we unveiled our rebrand from FARMEYE to Senus, marking our evolution from a local Agtech pioneer to a global leader in environmental technology. While our name, scope, and the industries we serve have expanded, our commitment to sustainability, teamwork, and respect for the environment remains unchanged. This milestone was also an opportunity to introduce our new Water Quality Reporting Software, bringing frontline software solutions to farmers across Ireland.

The recent launch of Senus’s Water Quality Reporting Software at the Ploughing Championships exemplifies the company’s dedication to sustainable innovation. The tool integrates farm maps with EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) data, offering farmers crucial insights into water quality on their land. This new technology is pivotal, not just for compliance with derogation requirements, but for securing the future of rural economies and the agricultural industry.
As MEP Ciaran Mulloolly said during the launch, “The Senus Water Reports give field-by-field insights to the farmer that can help them have a direct impact on water quality and improve the environment for us all. The decision on derogation will be a political one. We need to demonstrate positive action at scale to influence that, and solutions such as Senus Water can become a key factor.”
